Hi Claudia, It's been a while since we corresponded with you. Just want to again thank you for all your help on the sale of Betty Toombs' house. We feel you went beyond the call of duty and were an immense help to us all since we were not able to stay in Amenia to work things out. Everything seemed to go so quickly and we were definitely satisfied with having you as our sales agent. There were so many things left undone that you took care of for us and this all helped Betty make the transition to her new home in New Jersey. We were surprised and very happy that you were able to find two buyers who showed interest in the house and land and therefore helped Betty to receive a good price, which was really necessary for her to live comfortably in her new surroundings.
